Here is my suggestion:

Buy 8 Ragu or Skippy using the manufacturers coupons from this Sundays paper - $16
Buy 1 Vitamin Shampoo - 3.99
Buy 1 GUM toothbrush - 3.49
Buy another filler item for approx 1.52

Total $25.00
minus $5 coupon from above
minus (4) .60 coupons for Skippy or Ragu from Sunday paper

Before tax total is $17.60 plus tax and you will receive $17.50 in Register Rewards ($10 for Ragu/Skippy, $4 for Vitamin Shampoo, and $3.50 for GUM).

**UPDATE -- I spent $19.08 and got $17.50 back in RR with the above transaction today. I bought the .59 cent envelopes as my filler items.
