http://www.restaurant.com/? The site allows you to purchase $25 gift certificates for $10, and $10 gift certificates for $4 to be used at participating restaurants. According to their website, they are offering an 80% discount (in
addition to the regular discount price) on certificates purchased between 8/7 and 8/13. Just use discount code PORTION at checkout and you can get a $25 gift
certificate for $2!!!!!
UPDATE - I've heard good things about this site, but I heard from a friend that a few restraunts have stoppped accepting the gift certificates so you should call the restaurant ahead of time to make sure they accept the certificates before purchasing.

I caution people to call the restaurant before purchasing the gift certificate because I know of a couple of people that purchased the discounted gift certificates and then when they presented it to the restaurant they were told those GC's were no longer accepted. They were told that even though the restaurant had quit doing business with Restaurant.com, the site continued to sell the worthless GC's. I think they did get their money back from restaurant.com but it was a hassle. I'm sure that most of them are fine, just check first! :)
