The offer says it is only valid on new subscriptions, but I just called and was able to convert my current subscription with out any problems.

I finally remembered to do this! Just got off the phone and he switched over our subscription. We were getting the paper daily, which we didn't need, and will now just be getting Sunday delivered for the $13.05 per quarter. We were paying almost that every month!
