Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 roll sausage
onion ,green, red, and / or yellow bell peppers
cheese slices
sub rolls
Directions:
- Brown hamburger and sausage with the onion and peppers if you want them.
- Drain.
- Cut sub rolls in half length wise and hollow out the insides.
- Put cheese slices inside the bottom of the sub roll (I fold them in half so they fit in the roll and you only use 1/2 the amount of cheese!), add hamb mix, top with another piece of cheese and top of roll.
- Wrap in tin foil and bake at 350 for @ 15- 20 minutes - enough to melt the cheese.
